2027 Lexus ES priced from $63,115 in Canada, hybrid and electric powertrains offered
Lexus Canada has priced the 2027 ES sedan from $63,115, with hybrid and electric powertrains across 12 trims. Here is the full lineup breakdown.
Lexus Canada has put the 2027 ES sedan on sale at dealers across the country, with pricing starting at $63,115 for the entry hybrid and reaching $81,525 for the flagship electric Executive VIP trim. The lineup spans three powertrains — hybrid, standard electric, and twin-motor electric — across 12 trims, and every price quoted includes most fees.
Hybrid entry point
The ES 350h hybrid opens the range in Signature trim at $63,115. Step up to Premium and you add driver-assist gear such as Traffic Jam Assist and lane-changing technology for $2,700 more. A Premium+ trim sits atop the hybrid heap at $69,775. All hybrid prices, and the ones that follow, include most fees.
Electric: two distinct tunes
Lexus is offering two electric versions of the ES. The ES 350e is the less-powerful of the pair, starting at $66,080 and rising to $77,495 through Signature, Premium, Luxury, and Luxury+ trims. An Executive VIP trim unique to the 350e adds heated and ventilated rear massage seats for $81,525.
The ES 500e packs more power and a higher price tag. It skips the Executive VIP trim but otherwise follows the same four-step trim ladder, running from $69,070 to $80,680. In short, the more powerful electric model costs roughly $3,000 more when comparably equipped.
What Canadian buyers should note
The ES remains a rear-wheel-drive sedan in a segment that has largely ceded to crossovers. Its low centre of gravity and conventional boot space are the selling points Lexus is counting on. Canadian shoppers now have the full 2027 ES configurator available through Lexus dealers and the brand’s Canadian website.
For buyers comparing the ES against luxury crossovers such as the Lexus NX or RX, the ES offers a quieter, more planted ride at the cost of cargo flexibility. The electric variants give Lexus its newest entry in the premium EV space, competing indirectly with the BMW i5 and Mercedes-Benz EQE sedans.
